1- District Manager For Western Region (Job Ref. DM)

Job description & Key responsibilities

  • Develops and directs the implementation of goals, objectives, and procedures for the western region team.
  • Supervise operations within a District including coaching, representative development, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintains effective communications among all members of the western region team.
  • Develops and implements sales plans for the western region.
  • Organizes and monitors performance to achieve the business potential of the western region and ensure full penetration of the region.
  • Maintains required technical expertise in order to respond accurately to all questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues from customers and representatives.
  • Works in the field with all members of western region to coach and counsel on the improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development.
  • Effectively create and execute action plans for all territories.
  • Ensures actions of self and team are fully compliant.
  • lead the sales district in business results attainment, people retention, coaching and development and execution of marketing programs.

Required qualifications

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Education: Graduate of Pharmacy or health-related fields.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience at the same position in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
  • Previous experience and full knowledge of the western region is a must.

Skills: Selling & Negotiation Skills. Interpersonal and collaboration skills. Business and target oriented. Confident, Enthusiastic and optimistic. Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business environment. Planning and organizing skills. Strong communication skills with fluency in English & Arabic.

2- Male/Female Medical Representatives across KSA (Job Ref. MR)

Job description & Key responsibilities

  • Carries out sales calls in hospitals and medical centers in his/her territory according to the plan agreed with the District Manager.
  • Develops highly scientific relationships with Health Care Professionals and decision makers.
  • Organizes and carries out hospital presentations and group meetings with healthcare professionals.
  • Participates as needed in national and regional medical conventions and exhibits.
  • Implementing activities and plans that are based on market trends analysis to drive the achievement of the brands’ objectives.
  • Allocates resources across Accounts to meet the business plan.
  • Forecasting the product demand and sales of the assigned territory.
  • Ensures achievement of the assigned territory plans and delivery of the required financial results.
  • Builds sustainable long-term customer partnerships with accounts that create mutual value.
  • Provides timely reports on area progress as well as competitive activities and other market intelligence data.
  • Provides a weekly plan and subsequent reports on all visits/activities, sample distribution, support literature.
  • Developing strong working relationships with both the internal and external contacts.
  • Participates actively in training events, cycle meetings, and business review meetings.

Required qualifications

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Education: Graduate of Pharmacy or health-related fields.

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience as Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company is a must (Males and Females are welcome).

  • Experience in Dermatology or Orthopedic fields is a plus.
  • Experience in Retail/OTC fields is also preferred.
