District Manager for Western Region (Job Ref. DM)

Job description & Key responsibilities

• Directs the implementation of goals, objectives, and procedures for the Western region team.
• Supervise operations within a Western region including coaching, representative development, and performance management.
• Establish and maintains effective communications among all members of the Western region team.
• Develops and implements sales plans for the Western region.
• Organizes and monitors performance to achieve the business potential of the Western region and ensures full penetration of the region.
• Maintains required technical expertise in order to respond accurately to all questions regarding products, policies, and business-related issues from customers and representatives.
• Works in the field with all members of Western region to coach and counsel on the improvement of selling skills, product knowledge, and capabilities needed for successful representative development.
• Effectively create and execute action plans for all related territories.
• Ensures actions of self and team are fully compliant.
• lead the sales in the Western region, people retention, coaching and development and execution of marketing programs.

Required Qualifications

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Education:

A graduate of Pharmacy or health-related fields.

Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience at the same position in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
• Previous experience and full knowledge of the Western region is a must.

Skills:

Leadership skills. Interpersonal and collaboration skills. Business and target oriented. Confident, Enthusiastic and optimistic. Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing business environment. Planning and organizing skills. Strong communication skills with fluency in English & Arabic.
