1.    District Manager for Giza Region (Giza, Bani Souef and Fayoum).

2.    District Manager for Alex Region (Alex, Damnhour and Kafr El-Shaikh).

3.    District Manager for Delta and Canal Regions.

Primary task / Job Descriptions

District Manager’s primary task is to

·         achieve sales quota according to Suecal Pharma policies and ethics,

·         Recruiting, building, developing and managing teams.

·         Creating inspiring and inclusive work culture.

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

·         Education: A University Degree in Pharmacy, medicine, science or veterinary medicine.

·         Experience:At least two years in similar position.

·         Competencies:

Ø  Self-motivation, initiatively, independence, accountability, planning ability.

Ø  Leadership skills and ability to manage people.

Ø  Being familiar with distribution channels & sales activities in the area.

Ø  Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques.

Ø  Good command of English Language, presentation skills and Computer applications used within the organization.

Ø  Problem solving skill,

Ø  Impact & Influence.
