Primary task / Job Descriptions
District Manager’s primary task is to:
- Achieve sales quota according to Suecal Pharma policies and ethics.
- Recruiting, building, developing and managing teams.
- Creating inspiring and inclusive work culture.
Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Education: University Degree in Veterinary medicine, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science.
- Experience: At least two years in similar position.
- Competencies:
- Self-motivation, initiatively, independence, accountability, planning ability.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage people.
- Being familiar with distribution channels & sales activities in the area.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques.
- Good command of English Language, presentation skills and Computer applications used within the organization.
- Problem solving skill,
- Impact & Influence.
