Dammam Pharma is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager

Job Description

• Prepare business contracts ,ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• To identify new leads; (discovering and exploring chances) for business in light of management direction.
• To work closely with Management for finding new business opportunities along with managing existing accounts and ensure they stay healthy and positive.
• Conduct research to identify new products, markets and customer needs , presenting new products and services in light of company’s mission.
• To follow in-line new business opportunities and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• To evaluate business agreements & screen potential business deals.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• To generate reports about ongoing business, business Partners & future potential partners, in addition to writing customized reports ( including financial evaluations ), plan & prepare presentations for Senior Management.
• To provide Management insight of the industry/feedback by reading, evaluating and collecting information.
• To Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential is must.

Skills/ Requirements

• Physician or Pharmacist preferably with MBA.
• 3- 4 years working experience at a similar position in a reputable Pharmaceutical company, with a Proven track record.
• MENA Market knowledge.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• High energy level, communication, negotiation, strong analytical & planning skills.
• Ability to build rapport with old as well as new business partners.
• Strong Business orientation, report writing & quality presentation skills.
• P & L analysis along with basic know how of Project cost, Cash flow & Financial ratios.
