Job Description

  • Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives
  • Allocates resources across Key Accounts to meet the business plan.
  • Ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations with Key Account customers.
  • Acts as point of integration for services across the  portfolio in specific Key Accounts.
  • Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
  • Provides expert insight into the local healthcare system, legislation and their impact on Key Accounts.
  • Builds and sustains long term customer partnerships with Key Accounts that create mutual value.
  • Ensures access and influence to Key Account and legislative decision-makers in order to achieve a favorable position for the  portfolio.
  • Performs and reports on competitive intelligence activities on Key Accounts.
  • Runs or works on projects that develop capability throughout the Country.
  • Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to assigned associates.
  • Development and implementation of value-based solutions with designated Key Account customers.
  • Delivery of results for own Key Accounts including P&L, whether institutional or commercial.
  • Effective business relationship with own Key Accounts to deliver current and future business opportunities.
  • Development of a customer-centric focus within the  teams working on own Key Accounts; overall alignment of cross-functional teams and any resources from other functions with the Key Account agenda for own accounts.
