Job Description
- Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives
- Allocates resources across Key Accounts to meet the business plan.
- Ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations with Key Account customers.
- Acts as point of integration for services across the portfolio in specific Key Accounts.
- Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
- Provides expert insight into the local healthcare system, legislation and their impact on Key Accounts.
- Builds and sustains long term customer partnerships with Key Accounts that create mutual value.
- Ensures access and influence to Key Account and legislative decision-makers in order to achieve a favorable position for the portfolio.
- Performs and reports on competitive intelligence activities on Key Accounts.
- Runs or works on projects that develop capability throughout the Country.
- Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to assigned associates.
- Development and implementation of value-based solutions with designated Key Account customers.
- Delivery of results for own Key Accounts including P&L, whether institutional or commercial.
- Effective business relationship with own Key Accounts to deliver current and future business opportunities.
- Development of a customer-centric focus within the teams working on own Key Accounts; overall alignment of cross-functional teams and any resources from other functions with the Key Account agenda for own accounts.
