A Multinational Nutritional company in KSA is hiring for a Brand Manager position.
Applicants must have a brand management experience, working in an FMCG/consumer durable brand environment (a previous experience in Nutritional Companies is preferred ).
Key Responsibilities:
- To create and own a compelling and ambitious brand vision, outlining innovative growth strategies following recent research insights
- Analyze and look at how the brand is currently positioned in the market and develop targeted consumers insights
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies to take the brand forward.
- Manage annual brand budget.
- Challenge costs and pursue value optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute the brand communication strategy, showing creative judgment.
- Build strong relationships with teams with a direct follow up in the field visits to ensure.
- consumer propositions are developed with a customer focus and implemented effectively.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) is essential.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
- Monitor market and consumer trends.
- Develop pricing and distribution strategies.
- Responsible to Achieve the target sales through the key accounts in KSA.
- Develop a marketing plan matched with the SFDA regulations regarding the DTC activities either in Pharmacies , Hospitals or Modern Trade.

- Experience of developing and gaining strong retailer relationships
- Able to demonstrate experience of developing brands and understanding consumers
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
- This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Vet, related medical or marketing field).
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management or e-commerce focused experience.
- Strong implementer with knowledge of digital experience in driving brands via social media campaigns preferred in DTC.
- Previous experience in the field of FMCG/consumer environment Nutritional Companies is preferred .
