Borg Pharmaceutical Ind. is hiring high caliber candidates for the following positions:

  1. Product Managers (Ref: PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and the validation of long-term planning and forecasting models.
  • Responsible for the development of positioning and key strategies for the brand by advising on current product trends.
  • Create an annual marketing plan.
  • Implement the marketing plans and key strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Managing the launch of new products and line extensions.
  • Managing KOLs related activities to create advocates to his/her assigned products.
  • Develop relations with Area Managers, Supervisors  and Medical Reps.
  • Prepare and train Field Force on Product knowledge and competitors’ information.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years in product management position.
  • Pharmacy, vet or medical background.
  • Excellent computer and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing).
  • Able to lead, mentor and coach others.
  • Result oriented, active, organized, planner and creative.
  • Effective communication skills.
  1. Assistant Product Managers (Ref: A-PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and the validation of long-term planning and forecasting models.
  • Contribute to the development of positioning and key strategies for the brand by advising on current product trends.
  • Contribute in annual marketing plan.
  • Managing KOLs related activities to create advocates to his/her assigned products.
  • Coordinate with Area Managers, Supervisors and Medical Reps to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and train Field Force on Product knowledge and competitors’ information.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years employment with multinational pharmaceutical company as Medical Rep.
  • Pharmacy, vet or medical background.
  • Excellent computer and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing).
  • Marketing related certificate.
  • Able to lead, mentor and coach others.
  • Result oriented, active, organized, planner and creative.
  • Effective communication skills.
