Job Description

-Assist in Developing strategies and tactics to achieve successful market entry of his product line into key strategic product areas with the objective of maximizing market penetration and profitability for the company.

-Assist in marketing aspects of product line development including the formulation of business plans, management of product development activities, and the execution of new product introductions.

-Respond to customer needs through marketing leading activities.

-Assist other Product Managers to develop and execute marketing programs to achieve synergy stated revenue, profitability and market share objectives.

Job Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Veterinary

-Marketing studies is a plus (Marketing Certificate, Diploma or MBA).

-Excellent Leadership skills & Excellent Coaching & Mentoring skills

-Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

-Proven track record is a plus -Ability to work under pressure

-Ability to indent customer needs
