A) Product specialist at Jeddah , Riyadh ,Damam & South:

The candidate should have the following criteria:

1-Pharmacist, vet or science graduate.

2-Minimum 2 years of experience in Dermatology or Orthopaedic field.

3-Fluent English,Communication Skills & Transferable iqama is a must.

B)District Manager at Riyadh:

• One year of prior management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
• Positive and enthusiastic.

• Responsibilities:

  • Deliver & commit to achieve the objectives of the company (Sales Target & KPIs)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train prospecting process.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
  • Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
  • Train and ensure adherence to sales process.
