Summary:
As a Product Manager, the role is responsible for developing, driving, and executing the marketing activities such as developing marketing plans, new product launches, promotional campaigns & identifying qualified opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the growth strategy for product groups by identifying the potential customer and building the right message related to each customer.
- Led development of product marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, tactics, and profit and loss projections, including short and long-term strategy.
- Develop, drive, and execute new product marketing activities for specific products within the respective product area, including new product launches, promotional campaigns & follow-up on product performance to identify the gaps, and plan for the corrective actions to maximize product line earnings.
- Supports strategic product line decisions such as priority of product or line enhancements, competitive evaluations, market share estimates, and market trends.
- Follow up with the sales team on the execution of the planned sales call and messages for each product.
- Manage the marketing activities meetings, seminars… etc.
- Track the performance of the products and identify the gaps, and plan for corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of success within the industry focusing on launching new products.
- Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think through complex issues and exercise sound business judgment to set strategies.
- Ability to build solid business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, physicians and educators.
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
Experience:
- Significant experience within the industry, at least 6 years of experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Prior experience in direct-to-consumer or HCP marketing.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP.
- Prior experience in regulatory affairs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree of (Medicine – Pharmacy -Veterinarian) or accredited Bachelor’s degree.
