H-4 visas are granted to the spouse of H class work visa holders and to children under 21. The H-4 visa previously allowed a spouse to reside in the US but did not allow him/her to work. It allowed them to apply for a US driving license and open bank accounts.
Family of H-1B Visa Holders: Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age may seek admission in the H-4 nonimmigrant classification. Beginning May 26, 2015, certain H-4 dependent spouses of H-1B non-immigrants can file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, as long as the H-1B nonimmigrant has already started the process of seeking employment-based lawful permanent resident status. Requirements
Nurses must have ability to work as a fully supporting member of the health care team. Applicants must hold current RN registration with relevant clinical experience. They must have passed or have the ability to pass US licensing exam NCLEX-RN. We are also hiring Physical Therapists / Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Medical Technologists and other healthcare professionals. Currently we have all shifts available on permanent, contract and Per Diem basis. Successful applicants will • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of current post graduate experience and may have completed additional post graduate courses. • Preference will be given to those nurses who already have the NCLEX-RN but we also offer a full NCLEX review and exam preparations • Have a Bachelor’s Degree and meet the hours’ requirements for US licensure. • RN (with or without Visa-Screen) but we are also offering an NCLEX review The visa will be an EB-3 immigrant visa for nurses & EB-2 for PTs/OTs, Pharmacists but we have non-immigrant work visas to bring nurses in shorter period of time while their immigrant visas will be in process and one of the great things about a work visa, EB-3 & EB-2 is that your spouse can travel with you and work here in the US!
