District Manager for Cairo Region

Primary task / Job Descriptions
District Manager’s primary task is to:
• Achieve sales quota according to Suecal Pharma policies and ethics.
• Recruiting, building, developing and managing teams.
• Creating inspiring and inclusive work culture.

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

• Education: University Degree in Veterinary medicine, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Science.

• Experience: At least two years in similar position.

• Competencies:

 Self-motivation, initiatively, independence, accountability, planning ability.

 Leadership skills and ability to manage people.

 Being familiar with distribution channels & sales activities in the area.

 Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques.

 Good command of English Language, presentation skills and Computer applications used within the organization.

 Problem solving skill,

 Impact & Influence.
