Currently we are seeking professional District Managers and Medical Representatives across governorates for our new Diabetes Business we are launching.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, sales growth and market share objectives for designated products on defined territory through optimal sales activity
- Build quality relationships with customers to truly understand their needs
- Carry out efficient planning for sales activity on territory, including achieving customer contact frequency and reach targets
- Effectively plan use of expenditure budget to maximize Return on Investment
- Persuade and influence customers to preferentially prescribe the company’s products
- Daily updating call information and updated customer information
- Use of approved promotional materials on territory consistent with current strategy
- Timely feedback of market intelligence on customer and competitor activity
- Timely completion of key administrative tasks (Ex. Expenses)
Requirements:
- Health or life sciences related degree
- Experience of promoting oral anti-Diabetic Products is a definite plus
- Track record of achievements
- Demonstrated partnership with key expertise in the designated therapy area
- Professional analytical thinking with strong personal accountability for achievement
- Unmatched sense of urgency
- Good presentation, written & verbal skills
