We are one of the fast growing Pharmaceutical Companies in the market which has strong ambition and aspiration to be one of the key players not only in Egypt but also within the region.

Due to business expansion we are seeking high caliber professional to join the organization as Regional Sales Manager responsible for Upper Egypt area from Fayoum to Aswan. Successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Head and  based in either Menia, Souhag or Assiut.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the team to deliver set plans and targets
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives
  • Create business models to drive business innovation, and profitable growth of assigned portfolio
  • Lead regular cross-divisional meetings to ensure cross-divisional communication, coordination and prioritization
  • Strategize sales plans for short and long term objective
  • Monitor key performance indicators to develop business intelligence and evaluate performance
  • Responsible for employee development, accountability & corrective action programs
  • Coaching coaches (First Line Sales Managers)
  • Responsible for the direction and day-to-day supervision of assigned regional teams
  • Oversee tactical implementation to increase revenue and profit contribution (top and bottom lines)
  • Monitor and control A & P expenditure against budget
  • Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coordinating training, assigning, scheduling coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures

 

Job Profile:

  • Minimum two  years  of same role and responsibility at reputable Pharmaceutical Companies
  • Proven track record of achievements
  • Professional leadership and influential capabilities
  • Ability to inspire, motive and instill a winning spirit in the team
  • Drive planning process for assigned areas through clear strategic direction and ensure successful execution at operational level
  • Ability to coach and develop reporting District Managers
  • Professional planning and organization skills
  • Natural presenter and confident communicator
