We are a newly established pharmaceutical company and we are seeking professional Distributor Sales Coordinators to support the existing and future expanding business plans and aspiration.

We have three vacancies:

Based in Alexandria responsible for Alexandria and Behira
Based in Delta responsible for Menoufia and Gharbia
Based in Menia or Assiut responsible for Menia, Asuit and Souhag

Responsibilities:

Follow up the following at distributors’ level:
- Stock coverage against agreed standards
- Sales orders
- Key competitors average monthly units
Coordinate delivery with distributors through distribution teams
Ensure stock availability at key distributors’ branches in agreement with the Sales Management
Build and maintain professional partnership with stakeholders at main distributors
Monitor and report as appropriate in- and to-market sales
Report on agreed time interval his field-based activities
Share competition intelligence, market dynamics, new trends with concerned staff
Develop new channels for distribution to ensure efficient stock management and liquidation
Ensure received goods and invoices are uploaded on distributors’ system on receipt to be available for sub-distribution

Requirements:

Minimum two years post graduate work experience at pharmaceutical firms
Thorough understanding of the key processes at distributors’ level
Ability to handle diversity of customers both internally and externally
Ordering process understanding
Problem solving mind set
