An international pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia that rank one of the top twenty pharmaceutical companies & existed for more than 20 years in Saudi market is looking for hiring a highly qualified competent candidates for the below position:
a) National sales manager:
Directly reported to the country manager & responsible for leading a team of 1st and 2nd line manager to achieve the company objectives, Controlling the expense budget, implementation of the marketing plan & Keeping the sales operation in a high standard of performance matching the KPI’s.
• Criteria:
1. Age is not more than 40 years.
2. Experience in managing line managers directly is a must.
3. Proven record in successful performance and achievement.
4. Experience in branded generic products portfolio.
5. Preferred to have experience at the same title for 2 years in Saudi market.
6. High level of communication, leadership and decision making.
7. Iqama transfer is not mandatory but preferred.
