Currently we are seeking professional Information Technology (IT) Specialist to join the organization based in Cairo with the following responsibilities:

• Keep computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet  organizational needs
• Handle installation
• Ensure backup systems operate effectively
• Purchase hardware and software
• Maintain the company’s website and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
• Provide network accounts and passwords as required
• Ensures maximum issue resolutions in minimum time
• Maintain working relationships with vendors and third party providers
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Knowledge:

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

• Computer hardware and software systems and programs
• Computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Computer troubleshooting
• E-mail and internet programs
