Job description
The primary function of the position is to execute all sales activities within assigned territory to significantly grow the current levels of business and increase top-line. It is a Sales role to Doctors and Clinics.
- Ensure the achievement of sales goals in territory by promoting DrBridge products and services to physicians and other medical personnel within assigned geography
- Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects that ensures achievement of Company’s business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base
- Call on targeted physicians to effectively promote and educate on the use of DrBridge’s products through one-on-one meetings and presentations
- Professionally represent DrBridge in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in territory
- Execute Healthcare Marketing plans and business territory plan activities, and support customers using company resources and promotional activities as identified by regional sales manager
- Adhere to the route schedules & regular visits to physicians (e.g. Hospitals, Private clinics) to present our products,
- Make presentations to doctors.
- Must build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff & keep detailed records of all contacts.
- Build relationships with the internal departments to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved.
- Adhere to daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Work in line with the company’s values and goals.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Pharmacy degree (BS, Pharm D) or business degree from reputable university
- Fresh graduate and experienced candidate both welcome to apply
- Must be Strong Communication and negotiation Skills.
- Mobility and flexibility.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Power used proficiency in MS excel & MS power point
