Job Purpose:

– To promote company’s products to General Practitioners and/or Hospital Specialists and Medical Audience.

Job Objectives:

– To provide accurate and timely information to respective doctors and defined Medical Audience  about company’s products.
– To achieve product budget targets defined and approved by her/his superior.
– To maintain and further grow strong customer relationship aiming to improve company’s recognition and market share.
– To provide regular information with respect to competitor activities.
– To be loyal to company ethics and principles.

Major Accountabilities:

– To implement the product marketing strategies as planned and instructed.
– To deliver accurate promotional message to respective customers as instructed.
– To maintain and improve strong contacts with existing product prescribes and prescription influencers.
– To regularly updates the current customer list and initiates contacts with new potential product prescribers and prescription influencers.
– To regularly reports on customers’ needs related to sales developments.
– To regularly updates her/his knowledge on company Rx products that he/she is promoting.
– To be aware of competitor activities and acknowledge the superiors on time to take the necessary actions.
– To ensure that the  Country Managers & superiors are properly informed about all developments and facts related to sales activities.
– To propose and participate in local product promotion related events.
– To participate in courses to improve her/his product knowledge and selling skills.
– To collect and report on time (each week) on the relevant data requested by the company management.
– To manage the monthly personal budget in accordance with company principles and policy.
– To grow company’s image in the market continuously.
– To handle the company’s assets with particular care and in accordance with company policy.

Personnal Qualifications:

– Pharmacy, Vet .or natural Sciences Degree.
– Strong selling skills.
– Good knowledge and understanding of Pharmaceutical business.
– Good commercial understanding.
– Good listening and presentation skills.
– Strong time management skills.
– Fluent in writing and speaking English.
– Good computer skills.
