Core Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance and development of the MOH and TPH accounts for the full range of products.
- To work with other departments in executing corporate projects and plans
- Work closely with Project Manager, Head of Account Management, the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the Foundation to inform, promote and deliver the Corporate Partnerships Strategy
- Attend internal meetings, seminars, working groups, provide reports, analysis and feed back about major Abbott’s competitors.
- Insures to meet or exceed all activity standards and projects for his accounts of responsibilities.
- Prepares action plans by account as well as by area for effective sales results.
- Conducts regular one-on-one meeting with key customers decision makers and committee members to build more effective business relationship and communications channels.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets and lunch of new products in his assigned accounts.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Identify and implement best practices and encourage innovation.
- Ensures to achieve or exceed his agreed upon calls plan ensuring a high quality in communication and selling skills.
- Coordinate logistics departments on best supply chain results of tender business.
Skills Required
- Proven track record of success combined with excellent market knowledge.
- Proven track record of delivering creative solutions to overcome obstacles and enhance profitability.
- Ability to network with,and influence, senior people both internally and externally in order to achieve a predefined outcome.
- Understands and applies commercial and financial principles to improve performance.
- Focuses on the achievement of financial targets and views issues.
- Diplomatic and persuasive, able to build objective lines of argument/rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively.
- Experience in MOH and Institutional sector is preferred.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive business Tenders.
- Ability to cope and work under pressure.
- Convincing personality with natural authority .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills .

Education/Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
