We are regional pharmaceutical manufacturing company, due to the expansion of our operation in Saudi market; we are in the process of recruiting Field Force Supervisor as per the following criteria

1. Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy

2. Previous Supervisory/Management experience required

3. Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skills

4. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

5. Minimum Eight years sales experience with demonstrated success as a strong performer

6. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

7. Must be able to provide constructive feedback in a positive fashion

8. Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making

9. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues

10. Transferable Iqama.
