Amarox is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company looking for a dynamic, and highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and help us to expand our reach and impact on the pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, along with a deep understanding of market dynamics, superior analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. The role will require leveraging AI applications in the pharmaceutical field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
Analyze and anticipate market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Create reports and develop presentations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Leverage AI applications for business development and industry insights and decision-making processes.

Key Requirements

Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and business opportunities.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.),
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with AI tools and applications used in the pharmaceutical or medical field.
Willingness to travel extensively (30-40% of the time) outside the primary residence country to engage with clients, participate in industry events, and drive BD efforts.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is required. An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area can be advantageous.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical field. This may include roles in sales management, strategic planning, or product management.
Experience with market analysis, competitor analysis, and business planning is valuable.
Experience with the Gulf and Saudi markets is highly desirable.
