Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team and represent our portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving awareness, educating healthcare professionals, and promoting our high-quality heart disease and diabetes medications. Your goal will be to enhance the lives of patients by facilitating access to the latest advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medications to healthcare providers, including, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product adoption and drive sales in your assigned territory.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and educational sessions to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits of our medications.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and clinical data related to our customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share for our products.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to healthcare providers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the use of our medications.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and territory performance, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, science, vet .
- Experience in medical sales at least 1 years, preferably.
- Knowledge of our medications, therapeutic areas, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and present complex medical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable) and willingness to travel within your territory.
