We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in the dermatology field to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to expanding our market presence, building relationships with dermatologists and clinics, and driving sales in this high-potential region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the dermatology and skincare sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and skincare professionals.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns tailored to the needs of the region.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Represent Care World Group at industry events, trade shows, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in the dermatology, skincare, or medical device industry.
• Familiarity with dermatologists and clinics in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
• All educational backgrounds are welcome; a bonus for candidates with a degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields.
