For A Multinational company in Bahrain required Medical Sales Representative
Job Description
Promote and sell the company products to customers that include hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and other selling points. Increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products. Identify new sales channels and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
· Sell company products through different customer channels and achieve company-set sales targets.
· Develop new sales leads and maintain a healthy flow of sales funnel
· Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products.
· Develop an in-depth understanding of company products.
· Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
· Present product information and deliver product samples
· Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
· Prepare required visit reports, sales reports, and documentation required to measure sales performance. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales channels.
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
· Follow up on payments and collections as per agreed credit terms
Skills
. University degree in Pharmacy, With experience in sales and trading
. More than 2 years of proven experience at a Multinational Company
· Proven medical sales experience.
· Working experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Effective communication skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
