Well established pharmaceutical company is Hiring regional Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the offline branding activities, and working continuously to enhance brand awareness.
follow-up closely the sales team to ensure each individual achievements regarding the in-market sales, HCPs coverage, frequency of visits, alignment with the promotional plan, and the set of the qualitative standards.
Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, wholesalers and Customers.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insight, and assessing against goals.
Analyzing consumer behavior and Report feedback to marketing team accordingly.
Manage the leads and the sales team.
Managing the after-sales services for the client.
Create area sales plans and breakdown the sales targets in alignment with company sales objectives.
Evaluate sales team and individual performances and ensure the team ability for the technical work related to his Job (medical knowledge, Product knowledge….)
Report on area sales results.
Basic forecasting. Quarterly and annual area sales target.
Initial prepare the annual Forecasting for the area of responsibility.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Coaching and updating his team on daily basis.
Insure implementation and tracking the workflow process as per company polices.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the same position Pharmaceutical company is a must.
Marketing planning.
Offline and Online Marketing.
Brand Management.
Wholesaler Management.
Sales team management.
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical, Vet, Science.
