Role Purpose: To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of goals and targets of our Medical business in the assigned regions, while collaborating with other team members, exchanging knowledge, and increasing efforts towards aligned sales plans to create new opportunities, improve & enhance our ways of working and adopt the best practices in the market to sustain and grow our business. Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets in private sectors and hospitals. • Participate in and implement territory planning, through Targeting and Segmentation in his territory to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and purchasers • Continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base to provide lobby of loyal customers. • Follow up territorial sales forecasts on monthly basis. • Deliver the product message given by the marketing team and implement the product strategy. • Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity, and product performance to assist in the development of the marketing plan. • Conduct group meetings with potential doctors & customers.
We have Vacancies for the below locations: • Dammam • Khobar Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in (pharmacy,veterinary or science)• . • 2-3 years of overall experience in medical products not pharmaceutical sector as Product specialist • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Result-oriented and customer focus skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including fluency in English
