(Planning; – (1
Identify business drivers ,target groups and their specific needs- Analyze the market data and track competition- Evaluate business plan to ensure achievement and capitalize on new opportunities – Ensure 100%alignment between business plan and strategic objectives- Key account sales- -Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasts for the parts business Provide all studies of competitors : products Promotions -set up merchandizing planes to make our business simple and maximize sell out -Develop and implement marketing programs and objectives to reach the customer and sell products.

Implement marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales. Create and maintain top sales products value proposition on a yearly basis. Analyze competitors and identify theirstrenth and weakness in order to identify competitive advantages SWOT analysis: Provide all data about the market (potential,competetors,available advantages-threatens-advantages) KPIs: Sales (purchasing) against transaction, sales (purchasing) against target, sales (purchasing) against last year, conversion rate. .-Directs and coordinates activities to increase sales and decrease Expenses -Enhancing existing products that meet customer requirements. -Implement innovative items which exceed customer Expectation. -maximize profitability &margin of the sales products.

-Analyze sales statistics to formulate activities to assist in promoting sales (stock, track of inventory availability, dead items move) -Meet monthly sales& purchasing target (GM, GMROII) -monitoring inventory control and proper stock levels. -Ensuring overall staffs in used parts business are fully productive and complete their work in the required time frame. -Make demographics studies:(whose the customer is), (Age, income, education, location, gender, marital status, ethnicity) . -High quality services (one of our biggest challenge) (Place, products, price, promotion are the same but the different come from our stuff) Direct purchasing functions such as prouducts, vendor selection, price and contract terms negotiation and purchase order completion to maximize our growth profit. -performance evolution as often as possible, Must be measure and give feedback, provide consequence for good and bad performance, set specific and measurable targets for develop performance (Sales skills, product knowledge, policies and procedures).
