*Manage Regional R&D Team .
* Preparation & management of the R&D programs to meet the company plan.
* Implementation and ensuring following R&D procedures and techniques.
* Determines most efficient formats, charts and tables for presentation, recording and reporting of data.
* Ensuring all developing projects and processes are in conformance with local and international guidelines.
* Supervision of complex R&D projects involving a team of scientific staff.
* Tracking project progress to ensure they were completed timely.
* Effective implementation of technical specifications (raw material, packaging materials & finished product).
* Effective implementation of the technical SOP`s.
* Effective implementation of the training plan.
* Suggestion of new products & projects to improve the company portfolio.
* Effective communication with other departments according to project needs.
* Preparation & evaluation of KPI`s according to company policy.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Pharmacy .
* Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills.
* English (essential that applicant has fully fluent written and spoken proficiency)
* MBA preferred
