Position Summary – Position will be responsible for the entire clinical initiatives Diabetes care i.e. clinical training, product training and work on disease awareness and advocacy

1.     Principal Accountabilities

Strategic:

i.     Identify needs in the Diabetes fraternity / environment and define the clinical scope and strategy for Diabetes business.

ii.     Act as a clinical support to all business initiatives taken in the territory.

iii.   Identify & map KOL in the market; engage and develop KOL’s supporting the objectives of best practice

iv.     overall training needs of diabetes business i.e. customer product / clinical training. Provision of clinically orientated but commercially focused product training

v.     Execute marketing / communication plan for diabetes business in line with regional strategic direction.

vi.     Work on mapping market segments and accounts potential; follow up with clinical plan with key stakeholders for correct product evaluation.

Operational:

• Work closely with professional organizations such as country diabetes organizations, insulin manufacturer alliance, etc

• Key account management.
• Conduct Clinical activities, round table discussions and audio visual meetings in Saudi Arabia based on the country account mapping
• Participate and organize conferences locally and regionally
• Identify and develop relations with all key customers.  
  
  2.   Profile
• Minimum Qualification and skills required :Preference Bachelor in Pharmacy/Medicine
• Minimum Experience  :    4-5 years in pharma & medical device market
• Minimum Age :  25-32 years (flexible)
•   Location   : Riyadh-Saudi Arabia
