Accordingly ,a Filed Sales Trainer vacancy is now open for interested, potential and eligible candidates as per the details here under: Designation: Field Sales Trainer Job Grade : T1/T2 Reporting to : HR Business Lead Location: Maadi’s HQ Responsibilities: § Facilitate different Sales Force Skills programs § Roll out Selling Skills programs to Sales Force § Join, observe, evaluate, and coach Med Rep § Contribute to Training Needs Analysis activity § Works with Line Managers ( District Managers/Supervisors) on individual performance plans § Feedback marketing team regarding the campaign status against predefined measures § Ensure the level of knowledge of Sales Force is up to standards § With Sales Managers, responsible for driving proficiency among new Sales Reps § Frequent travel is needed and at least 50% of his/her time in field Candidates should possess: § Minimum three years post graduate pharmaceutical work experience at least one of them in training § Proven track record of achievements § Good linguistic capabilities § Basic understanding of the field training principles § Effective written and oral communication § Excellent presence in presentation situations § IT literate especially MS-office § Product knowledge especially if diversified, is a definite plus Interested candidates to send their up-to-date resume to: applyonline2015@gmail.com within one week.
