Fast growing pharmaceutical company looking for key account specialist in central and eastern area in KSA (Governmental sector).
the selected candidate should have the following ;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be accountable for the delivery of territory sales targets and key performance indicators.
- To deliver effective, compelling sales calls and presentations.
- To compile, monitor, deliver and review the territory business plan closely with his manager.
- To demonstrate full understanding of product strategies, therapy knowledge, key competitors, marketing plan and communication objectives.
- To develop long term business relationships through regular contact with relevant customers to maximize business opportunities .
- To develop local level opinion leaders and speakers.
- To routinely feedback local competitor and market intelligence to Manager and Marketing teams.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven track record of high level sales experience in institutional and MOH hospitals, preferably with wider experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales.
- High level of commercial acumen with experience in managing a promotional budget.
- Sound understanding of business planning and account management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Generic pharmaceutical industry .
- Effectively manages and prioritizes available resources.
- Effective communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and decision making.
- Action oriented, energetic and results focused
- Age not more than 30 Y
