Newly established Saudi-Arabian Pharmaceutical Plant for production of Licensed Multinational Pharmaceuticals & Food Supplements in Saudi-Arabia and Gulf Area.

Required Candidate:

General Production Manager (REF: GM)

The required candidate should have the ability to oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. And develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Working closely with supervisors, maintenance technicians, company buyers, suppliers, quality control, training departments, and health and safety managers.
• Planning & preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs.
• Controlling & monitoring production schedules and adjusting them.
• Managing supervisors, organizing staff and making sure targets are met.
• Providing production full reports for factory owners and clients.

And should have the following exact criteria:

1. Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (ONLY).
2. MALE ONLY.
3. with 10+ year’s technical production experience and 5+ years supervisory experience.
4. Excellent command of English language is a Must.
5. Must have experience managing and developing high functioning teams.
6. Must be a “go-getter” who can drive change, drive improvements, and deliver results.
7. Can set goals and expectations for departments and individuals consistent with the site assigned goals.
8. Knowledge of various relevant chemical processing techniques and equipments.
