A fast growing Pharmaceutical Company in New Cairo is now hiring “HR Specialist” with following responsibilities and requirements. The job will be based in New Cairo (Fifth Settlement) at the Head Office and will include some out of office visits to the Factory in (Badr City) and company’s offices in Alex, Delta & UE.

 

Responsibilities:

– Employees daily contact and HR admin work (HR help desk)

– Ensuring the company’s compliance with labor law and regulations on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor, health & insurance offices).

– Creating and maintaining personnel records/ file for each employee.

– Track employees’ attendance and absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
– Keeping record of insurance coverage and personnel transactions

– Handling and following up employees daily issues such as medical insurance and bank issues

– Conducting HR interviews and creating job offers.
– Manage the exit process and conduct exit interviews as appropriate.

– Participate in other HR functions such as payroll, personnel, employees engagement, handling employees daily inquiries, …etc.

 

Requirements:

– Junior Male with very good interpersonal skills.

– 1 – 2 years of HR experience preferably in Pharmaceutical field.

– HR Certificate is a must.

– Very good MS Office skills and professional Excel literacy “Vlookup, Pivot Tables, If functions, ..etc).

– Hard Worker and having the ability to stretch himself sometimes after working hours.

– Flexible, having good communication skills & details oriented.

– Resident of New Cairo or nearby places

– Own a car

– Non smoker
