Main Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact sales materials by working closely with advertising agency, market research team and field sales
- Drive online presence as part of non-personal promotion digital strategy to expand share of voice beyond traditional field sales channel
- Manage the brand sales forecast, track product performance, and analyze sales trends
- Lead peer-to-peer promotional efforts
- Manage brand budget to optimize spend against highest ROI tactics
Requirements
The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:
- Three – seven (3-7 years) progressive sales and brand management/marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry required
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail and proven track record of results and follow-up
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including medical, regulatory and clinical processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree of Medical faculties (Pharmacy – Medicine – Veterinary); MBA preferred
