We are relatively a newly established national pharmaceutical company which has been outperforming market growth since our business was launched. Our intention is to create very strong national entity synergized by the privileges of Multinational Corporations through focusing on people assets we have and investing in them for win-win partnership.

The business has very prosperous ambition and plan for 2017 and beyond. We are seeking professional Receptionist to join our HQ based in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo.

 

JOB PURPOSE:

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that quality services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Meet and greet visitors of the office and direct them to concerned employee to meet guests
  • Pick up and deliver the mail
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Support the Executive Director and other staff Main Activities
  • Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested
  • Provide administrative services for the Executive Director
  • Perform other related duties as required
