need a Chief Financial Officer who has a `hands on’ approach to provide both Strategic and Operational support to the organization.

Financial Policies and Reporting Framework:

Contribute towards the formulation and implementation of Financial and Accounting Policies framework in line with overall business strategies.

Functional Leadership:

Take complete responsibility of the deliverables of entire Finance Department through the leadership of the finance function. Setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance. Provide career direction, progression and coaching to finance staff in the business. Identifies & develops high potential employees for succession planning.

Main objectives of the position:

• Develops financial policies and procedures with on-going updates according to business need to maintain an internally controlled workflow.
•  Manage Internal Controls procedures & processes to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
• Execute and deliver yearly budget and “rolling forecast” process in order to accurately capture the most realistic figures.
• Implement monthly reporting process to measure, monitor and analyze “actual Vs budget” activities.
• Support the achievement and implementation of the company’s strategies / business plans through effective and continuous financial analysis, ratio benchmarking among same industry with on-going productive meetings to increase the collective learning curve of finance team in order to support the management to achieve business objectives, including new initiatives and business opportunities.

• Education: Graduates of Commerce
• Arabic Degree: Excellent.
• English Degree: Excellent.
• Proficiency in use of IT systems specially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Parmaceutical companies
