Advertising Account Executive/ PHARMACEUTICAL

What is Pharmaceutical Account Executive?
- Pharmaceutical advertising account executives is a link between clients and the agency. He/she is responsible for the coordination of projects and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved
- He/She must understand their clients’ needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout project, often on a daily basis. He/she manages administrative and project work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget
Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & suppliers
- Generate new sales leads through prospecting and cold calling
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
- Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of communication strategies
Qualifications
Although this area of work is open to all graduates, a degree or previous experience in three of the following subjects may increase your chances:
- Pharmaceutical Background
- Advertising
- Business Management
- Marketing
