We are one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in the Egyptian market, despite our business was launched less than three years ago. We are working to establish a unique well differentiated local entity backed up with set of values and codes that govern the way of working and interactions with both internal and external customers. Currently, we are seeking to recruit a professional HR/Administration Specialist to support the existing and expected expansion by 2016 and beyond.
The position reports to the designated Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Successful candidate will be based in Cairo at the Head Office (New Cairo – Fifth Settlement)
Responsibilities:
| § Prepare payroll on a timely manner in line with the bank system requirements§ Request creation of new hires bank accounts on the designated system template§ Review expenses and approve them before handing to Finance§ Manage new hires administration process§ Create and maintain employee master file
§ Coordinate car loan process and act as an intermediate between the bank and concerned employees § Manage the exit process and conduct exit interviews as appropriate § Liaise with Health Insurance providers with regard to the additions and deletions § Conduct preliminary interviews for different roles across the company and fill in business with feedback and recommendation § Maintain up-to-date organizational charts and monitor/report HC status § Contribute to HR timely Scorecard |
Requirements:
- At least two years experience in handling the same responsibilities
- Professional Excel literacy
- Previous experience in managing payroll via online banking system
- Outstanding customer-service mind set in communicating Sales Teams
- Self-driven personality with unmatched sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal skills
