A new large Modern Retail Pharmacy that will open in new Cairo soon is seeking a Pharmacy Manager. The pharmacy will be in the 5th district in HMD Plaza. We are looking  for  a young energetic potential pharmacist to manage the new outlet which is thrived on 120 SQ M in a state of the art design. It aims to be a one stop Shop for healthcare and beauty products with remarkable prices and an outstanding ambiance, introducing high technology and unique service for its customers. The requested candidate will be responsible for:

• Oversee the daily activities of the Pharmacy department.
  • Counsel customers with regard to medications filled at the pharmacy.
  • Ensure growth and profitability of Pharmacy
• Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints and questions to build customer trust and loyalty.
  • Comply with all  laws and regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through programs and by provide excellent customer service by pharmacy associates
  • Maintain a clean and efficient Pharmacy
  • Provide leadership and development for associates
  • Maintain appropriate security of the Pharmacy department.
  • Maintain reports for controlled, outdated, and recalled medications; and prescription and customer files.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory at acceptable levels to fulfill customer need.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures for controlled substance dispensing and record keeping.
  • Prioritize Pharmacy Department tasks and follow through to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Including, but not limited, to cycle counts, inventory management and will-calls to customers
