- Function1: Field Force

- Permanent reps & specific desired reps for specific projects
- Respondents recruitment
- Projects Follow-up
- Brief meeting from project leader
- Briefing session attendance & sometimes giving to reps
- Follow up on targets achieved
- Follow up on timelines
- Follow up on collection
- Reps Input Revision
- Questionnaire first page to match the criteria needed
- All questionnaire/audio to be reviewed
- Recruitment
- Function2: Projects Execution Quality Control Assurance
- Attend all briefing sessions for all Egypt Projects (whether you are presenting or just attending)
- Review all pilots & review answers gathered to accept the questionnaire/IDI from rep
- Review all questionnaires answers (make sure of correct data, everything filled & sense of information gathered)
- Validation
- Back Check
- Evaluate reps per project
- Function3: Projects Execution
- Conduct important IDI in or outside the office
- Conduct small surveys by telephone, online or if needed f2f
- Aid in desk research projects
- Do double visits with new rep
