كيف تكتب سيرة ذاتية نموذجية ؟
HOW TO WRITE AN IDEAL CURRICULUM VITAE ?
يسأل الكثير من الإخوة عن الخطوات الصحيحة لكتابة السير الذاتية الخاصة بهم ، و فيم يلى نعرض فى عجالة عناصر السيرة الذاتية النموذجية مع كيفية كتابتها :
تنقسم السيرة الذاتية إلى عدد من النقاط الهامة التى ينبغى أن يراعيها المتقدم لشغل الوظيفة :
ملحوظة هامة : قد تختلف بعض هذه العناصر من
العنصر الأول :
المعلومات الشخصية Personal Information
و يضم العناصر التالية :
1-Name:
2- Date of birth:
3-Place of birth:
4-Marital Status :
5-Nationality :
6-Address:
7-City and State:
8-Phone number:
E-mail address:9-
1- الاسم :
2 – تاريخ الميلاد :
3- محل الميلاد :
4- الحالة الإجتماعية : وهى إما متزوج married أو أعزب Single
5- الجنسية :
6- العنوان :
7- المدينة و المحافظة :
8- رقم التليفون : و ينبغى إضافة رقم المحمول إذا كان لديك Cellular Phone
9- البريد الإلكترونى:
العنصر الثانى :
التعليم أو المؤهلات Education or Qualification
و تضم مؤهلات الشخص التى حصل عليها و ينبغى أن تكتب فى صورة تنازلية بمعنى ترتب الشهادات التى حصل عليها حديثا أولا ثم الأقدم فالأقدم.
العنصر الثالث :
الخبرة المتصلة الوظيفة التى يتقدم الفد لشغلها Relevant Experience
و تعمل هذا العنصر على خيراتك المتصلة بمجال العمل و يجب أن تكتبها فى صورة تنازلية أيضا بحيث الأحدث فالأقدم بعد ذلك.
العنصر الرابع :
الهوايات Hobbies
وفيه تعرض هوايات التى تحبها
العنصر الخامس :
الهدف Objective
و فيه تدون هدفك من العمل فى هذه الشركة و لماذا تقدمت لشغل الوظيفة و ما هى طموحاتك فى العمل فى هذا المنصب ، و ما إلى ذلك و سوف يكون لنا إن شاء الله موضوع مطول عن المقابلات الشخصية و لكن فى حلقة أخرى .
العنصر السادس:
المهارت Skills
و يعرض هذا الموضوع مهاراتك الشخصية التى تتمتع بها كفرد مثل القدة على العمل تحت الضغط القدرة على تحمل الأعباء الإضافية و غيرها من هذه المهارات . و من جتنب آخر تعرض مهاراتك فى التعامل مع الأشخاص إذا كانت هذه الوظيفة تتعلق بمجال البيع و لشراء و كذلك مهارات التعامل مع الكمبيوتر و الدورات التى حصلت عليها .
العنصر السابع :
الجوائز و المكافآت HONORS AND AWARDS
و هذا العنصر اختيارى فى السيرة الذاتية حيث أنك كنت قد حصلت على أى جوائز أو مكافأت فى مجال عملك السابق أو فى مجال دراستك .
العنصر الثامن:
و هو العمل التطوعى Volunteer Work
و هو أيضا اختيارى حيث إن كانت لك نشاطات فى جمعيات أهلية أو خيرية يمكنك أن تطرحها هنا تحت هذا البند .
العنصر التاسع و الأخير :
المرجع reference
و هنا تكتب فيه جملة واحدة فقط Available upon request بمعنى متاح عند الطلب
