📍 Location: Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Aesthetics business across KSA. The right candidate will have a proven record in sales leadership, market expansion, and team development within the aesthetics or pharmaceutical sector.

✨ What You’ll Do
• Drive sales growth and achieve targets
• Develop and implement strategic business plans
• Lead, coach, and mentor regional managers & sales teams
• Build strong customer partnerships and enhance satisfaction
• Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and resources
• Represent the company at industry events and provide insights to leadership

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 8–10 years of sales experience, with 3–5 years in leadership (Aesthetics preferred)
• Proven success managing multi-regional teams across KSA
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Deep knowledge of aesthetics market trends, regulations, and competition
