Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales Management or related functions in healthcare (Pharma & Dental).
- Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
- Understanding of pharma (dental) landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive/evaluate the sales process, programs and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction from plan to close.
- Accountable for achieving own and team’s agreed sales, productivity and performance targets.
- Manages area sales and expense budgets.
- Leads a high-performing team; hires, trains and develops them as necessary; provides coaching and feedback to the team.
- Masters product knowledge and disease area knowledge; and coach the team on the same.
- Ensures excellence in customer services.
- Complete all reporting and administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct analysis of company sales and profitability to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making.
- Ability to work and excel within a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.
