is looking for:
Medical affairs and compliance manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate the Scientific engagement / medical plans of the assigned therapy area and to ensure timely implementation & follow up of different milestones & KPIs of such plans.
• Conduct peer-to-peer, robust scientific dialogue with external experts (eg. HCPs, Payer, Patient groups) to generate insights that help in the formulation of the medical / Commercial plans.
• Provide the necessary support to Marketing and commercial teams and other internal stakeholders for the assigned TA
• Provide product and disease area information to external customers. This need is met primarily through direct scientific interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including data presentations and responding to enquiries.
• Review & approve labelling of locally marketed products to ensure it reflects the latest safety data.
• Answer medical scientific inquiries from customers & field force, evaluation of scientific literature, support sales force with scientific argumentation for the marketed products.
• Provide disease background training for the field force.
* Contribute to the positioning of the company as a socially and ethically responsible company enhancing the company culture compliance risk management activities
* Create a center of competence for the region for evaluation and handling of issues and complaints under the Code of Conduct and Corporate Citizenship Policy and other compliance policies
* Support management in training and communication of company policies and guidelines
* Cooperate with Company Regional Compliance Employees in creating and implementing further company rules and reports
* Establish compliance standards based on SFDA guidelines internal policies
* Establish processes and SOPs, covering all promotional activities
* Ensure compliance training for local organization including, but not limited to onboarding training for new hired associates on business conduct standards incl. Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship and other relevant local codes and policies
More than 3 years experience in Medical affairs and compliance.
