Position: Sales Coordinator

A medical sector company looking for a Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing team in Egypt. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and excellent client communication, helping team achieve success in the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain sales documentation, tenders, and bids.
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and follow-up.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and provide data analysis to support sales performance.
• Analyze inventory, highlight slow-moving items, and share feedback with the commercial team.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (medical/healthcare background is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or administration (preferably in the medical/healthcare industry).
• Strong skills in ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (equations, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
