Due to our new expansion, we are looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our
Successful team as:
Supervisor (East Cairo) Code: FFS
Responsibilities:
1-To Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
2-To motivate the sales team by creating a healthy and enjoyable working environment.
3-To achieve the sales forecast.
4-To prepare and submit to the management all kinds of reports.
5-To provide assistance to the representatives whenever this is required and handle problems they are not solely capable to solve arise.
6-To evaluate by mutual field work the representatives’ performance taking into consideration the implementation of company’s policies and marketing code of practice.
7-Monitoring the field force’s achievements for daily, weekly and monthly reports and taking any corrective action required.
8-To constantly monitor, evaluate and update the doctors list in the territories or product line under his responsibility including hospitals, health centers and any business related outlet.
9-To build up and maintain a panel of important doctors and pharmacists (KOLs) for market research activities which may be delegated to the area supervisor at any time.
10-To consistently provide all kind of feed backs Competitor, market, customers……etc.
Helping in screening and interviewing, if required, new potential candidates.
11-Being familiar with distribution channels & activities in the area.
12-Good command of English Language, presentation skills and Computer applications used within the organization.
13-Problem solving skills.
Requirements:
1- Age not more than 32 years
2- 2 years experience at least
3- Valid driving license
