Duties:

Prepare and present marketing business plan (strategy) per product annually
•Establish targets, forecasts and make appropriate actions and adjustments to achieve it
•Prepare all promotional materials
•Support Alcon sponsored group meetings and congresses in all regions: deliver product pptns, speaker pptns, promotional & branding material & logistics
•FMS control : tracking of expiry dates / cycle quotas / special requests / donations & convoys
•Define training / refreshments needs and conduct specific product related training in line with FF requirements
•Prepare monthly competitive review bulletin published to FF & prepare a detailed competitor mapping throughout the year
•Make contact with relevant staff in medical, regulatory affairs, sales and other functions to ensure cross functional communications of high quality and company goals are met.
•Field visits with FF to check on message delivery and strategy implementation.
•Field visits to HCPs, KOLs and accounts to maintain strong performance, uncover unmet needs and strengthen relationships.
•Comply with relevant legislation, ethical standards and company policies .

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in microbiology or Vet.
• Max Age 35 years
• Area : Grad Cairo
• Males preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience as a District Manager in medical field.
• Leadership – Time management – Enthusiastic candidates
